Notice to Sellers

Please be informed that a 15% commission fee will be charged by the site owner for every sale made on this marketplace. This commission will be automatically deducted from the total sale amount.

Inspecting Received Product Shipments

We ask that you immediately inspect received shipments for any damage or defects. WoodGrab allows up to 7 calendar days from the documented date you receive any product for reporting shipping damage. We allow up to 14 calendar days from the documented date you receive any product to report manufacturing defects, wrong product shipped, or other problems with your order.

Reporting Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive the wrong product, a product that has a manufacturing defect, or a product damaged in transit, call WoodGrab Customer Service immediately at 800-333-3434. We will review the problem with you and initiate reasonable and prudent action to correct the error or defect. At WoodGrab’s option, the material may be replaced or a refund issued.

Return/Exchange Freight Charges

Return and/or exchange freight charges for incorrect or defective products will be paid by the seller. Freight charges for other return types will be at the discretion of WoodGrab’s Customer Service department.
